Special drive to be organized in Ghaziabad district on October 24 and 25 for the submission of Form-6

Eligible citizens urged to participate in the drive to get their names included in the electoral roll

In accordance with the directives of the Chief Electoral Officer, Uttar Pradesh, a special campaign will be conducted across all assembly constituencies in Ghaziabad district on October 24 and 25, 2026, to facilitate the filling out of Form-6 for the inclusion of eligible citizens’ names in the electoral roll.

Under this campaign, Electoral Registration Officers (EROs), Assistant Electoral Registration Officers (AEROs), supervisors, and Booth Level Officers (BLOs) will provide information to eligible citizens at various polling locations across the district regarding the voter registration process, and will offer the necessary guidance for filling out Form-6.

The objective of this special campaign is to ensure that no eligible citizen remains excluded from the electoral roll. In particular, young people and women who are eligible to be registered as voters can visit their respective polling booths during the campaign to obtain information regarding the registration process.

The district administration will issue necessary instructions to all relevant officials and staff regarding the effective execution and extensive promotion of the campaign, ensuring that information about it reaches as many eligible citizens as possible.

The District Administration of Ghaziabad urges residents to visit their respective polling stations during the special campaign being held on October 24th and 25th. Residents can obtain information regarding voter registration and, if eligible, complete the process of having their names included in the electoral roll by filling out Form 6. This is an important step toward ensuring the participation of every eligible citizen in the democratic process.
