Special campaign for the inclusion of eligible voters who were left out, as well as first-time/young voters, in the electoral roll.

In accordance with the directives of the Election Commission of India and the Chief Electoral Officer of Uttar Pradesh, as well as the orders of the District Magistrate, a special campaign is being conducted in Ghaziabad district to include the names of eligible voters who were previously left out of the electoral roll, as well as first-time and young voters.

As part of this initiative, a special campaign was carried out on October 17, 2026, and October 18, 2026, at all polling stations across the district. During this period, Booth Level Officers (BLOs) were present at their designated booths from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM to collect ‘Form-6’ from eligible citizens seeking to register, and to provide necessary assistance to voters.

The objective of the district administration is to ensure that no eligible citizen remains unregistered in the electoral roll.
