District Magistrate Rakesh Kumar Singh has said that this year on August 15, 2022, India is completing 75 years of independence. On this 75th anniversary of Independence, the whole of India is celebrating the Amrit Mahotsav of Independence. Under the inspiration of Hon’ble Prime Minister and under the guidance of Hon’ble Chief Minister, the program of hoisting “Har Ghar Tiranga” is being conducted on a large scale in the Independence Week being held from 11 to 17 August. He called upon the general public to make the “Har Ghar Tiranga” campaign a success and from 11 to 17 August must hoist the flag symbolizing the pride of India at their respective homes. The District Magistrate appealed to voluntary organizations, social organizations, office bearers of trade boards, NCC cadets, National Service Scheme cadets, scout guides, members of SPOs and general public to cooperate in increasing public participation on this auspicious occasion. Along with your homes, you must hoist the flag on business establishments, shops, factories, buildings, government non-government offices and also inspire people, make everyone aware of the values ​​of freedom. He said that the purpose of celebrating the Amrit Mahotsav of Independence, hoisting the flag is to awaken the feeling of patriotism in the mind of every citizen, to highlight the respect for the symbols of freedom and to make them aware of the values ​​of freedom. The District Magistrate said that the flag code must be followed while hoisting the national flag. We can also keep the flag as a memory for the coming generation. He said that to make the coming generation understand the importance of independence, we can take down the flag of Amrit Mahotsav being celebrated on the 75th year of independence and keep it as a memory.
