Under sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, the Government of Uttar Pradesh/Collector (for the purpose of appropriate Government) is of the opinion that a total of 1.3050 hectares of land is required in village Mehrauli, Tehsil Ghaziabad, Pargana Dasna, District Ghaziabad under Integrated Township Scheme through Ghaziabad Development Authority Ghaziabad.
